Nice, I think it's alright.

I totally agree that it's beautiful, there's nothing wrong with it and instruments fit really well. But it seems pretty plain to me, not really much to influence me.

Reminds me of something sad that I don't remember

I don't know why but when I listen to this song It reminds me of childhood memory I didn't like, but either way this is a song that possibly anyone can remember something by. Good Job!
Still, compared to the one used for Power Star this is a ''chapter'' smaller.
